About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Shri Shriyantra Peetham Samiti (Regd.) - Kashi website. By using this website, requesting a booking, or offering a seva, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings & Enquiries

Some services on this website are requested as an enquiry. Where the booking form asks only for your details and a preferred date and time, and shows no amount to pay, no advance online payment is required to submit the request. Our team reviews it and confirms the details — including any dakshina or offering — directly with you by phone, WhatsApp, or email, typically within 24 hours.

A booking request is a request, not a confirmed appointment. It becomes a confirmed booking only when our team confirms it with you.

Paid Packages

Other services are offered as packages that display a defined amount on their own page. Where a package shows an amount and offers online payment, that payment is required to complete the booking, and it is taken before the booking is placed with our team. The amount you are charged is the amount recorded for that package by the Samiti and shown to you on the page and at checkout — it is determined by us and not by anything entered in your browser or in the web address.

Where a package is marked as offered free of charge, nothing is charged and no payment step appears. Where a package shows no amount, it cannot be booked online; please contact us and we will arrange it with you directly.

Seva Offerings

A seva listed on our Sevas page is an offering towards a specific, named activity of the Samiti — such as Annadan, Gau Seva, temple upkeep, or a puja or havan performed by our acharyas. Each seva page lists the offerings the Samiti has arranged for it, with the seva amount shown before payment. A seva receipt carrying your reference and payment identifiers is issued once the payment is confirmed.

Where a seva page provides a field for you to set your own seva amount, you may enter any whole-rupee amount within the limits the form accepts. That amount is confirmed by us before payment is taken, and the figure you approve at checkout is the figure that is charged.

Seva records and receipts are maintained by our team. For any correction or query about a seva you have offered, please contact us using the details on our Contact page, quoting the payment identifier on your receipt.

Payments

Payments made on this website are processed by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, which accepts UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets. Your card and bank details are handled by Razorpay directly and are never stored on our servers. Amounts are shown and charged in Indian Rupees.

Cancellations & Refunds

Prasad

Where a seva or package states that prasad is sent to you, its preparation and dispatch are covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

We aim to keep information on this website — service descriptions, festival dates, and event details — accurate and up to date, but timings and availability may change. Please confirm important details directly with us before making travel or attendance plans.
