What Is Delivered

The Samiti does not sell or ship merchandise. The only item sent to a devotee is prasad, and it is sent where the seva, puja or package you have chosen states that prasad is included — most often a sankalp puja performed by our acharyas on your behalf, where you are not present at the ritual.

Where a seva or service does not say that prasad is sent, none is dispatched and no delivery is part of that offering.

When Prasad Is Prepared and Sent

Prasad follows the ritual; it is not stock waiting to be picked. It is prepared and offered as part of the puja, and only afterwards is it packed and dispatched to the address you have given us. Where photographs of the ritual are part of that seva, they are shared with you as well.

Timing therefore depends on the seva itself — when the puja is performed, what the religious calendar allows, and the ordinary conditions of postal and courier services. The Samiti does not publish a fixed dispatch window or promise a delivery date, because the ritual sets the date rather than a warehouse.

Delivery Address

Prasad is sent to the address you provide to our team. Please give a complete address and a reachable phone number, and tell us as soon as possible if anything about it changes — once a parcel has been handed over, the address on it cannot be altered by us.

Delivery Charges

Where a seva or package states that prasad is included, sending it is part of that offering and the amount shown on the website is the amount you pay. The Samiti does not add a separate delivery charge at checkout.

If Prasad Is Delayed or Does Not Arrive

Please contact us at shriyantrapeetham@gmail.com or +91 63883 98968, quoting the reference on your seva receipt or your booking. Our team will check what was dispatched and when, follow it up, and arrange to send prasad again where it has been lost in transit or returned to us undelivered.

Where a parcel could not be delivered because the address given was incomplete or incorrect, we will ask you to confirm the correct address before it is sent again.
