How we handle the information you share with us.
Information We Collect
When you submit a booking, offer a seva, or send us a message through this website, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, and any notes or messages you include.
How We Use It
We use this information to process and confirm your booking or seva, respond to your messages, and send booking or seva confirmations by email. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Payments
Booking and seva payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, which handles your payment details directly — we do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
Booking and seva confirmation emails are sent through our email service partner, Resend, using the email address you provide.
Our Administrative Assistant (AI)
Our team uses an AI assistant inside the private admin panel to summarise day-to-day operations — how many bookings need attention, how a week compared with the last, whether anything looks unusual. It is provided by OpenAI, which processes the information outside India.
Your name, email address, phone number, postal address, booking notes and the contents of any message you send us are never shared with it. Where the assistant needs to refer to a person, it sees only a stable code such as “Devotee 4f2a9c”. The same code always means the same person, so our team can see that someone has booked more than once, but the code cannot be turned back into your name by anyone who does not already hold our records.
What it does receive is the operational detail around a booking or seva: the service or seva name, the date and time, the number of people, the amount and payment status, and our own internal reference numbers — together with counts, totals, and the question our administrator typed. It has read-only access and cannot change, cancel or send anything.
If you would prefer that none of your booking or seva details be processed this way, tell us at shriyantrapeetham@gmail.com and we will exclude them.
